Why is there a launch fee and a monthly plan?
The launch fee covers designing and building your website. The monthly plan covers hosting, SSL, security, maintenance, SEO foundations, monitoring, and support so the site stays current after it goes live.
What is included in monthly support?
According to plan: hosting, SSL, security, maintenance, technical SEO, on-page SEO foundations, local SEO foundations, performance monitoring, ongoing optimization, planned website updates, analytics, and support. Work is scoped to the plan — it is not unlimited.
Can I cancel?
Monthly service is intended to keep the site hosted and maintained. Cancellation and transition terms are confirmed in writing before you start. We will not lock your domain; the principle is that your domain belongs to you.
Who owns my domain?
Your domain should belong to you. We can help you register or connect it. We do not treat customer domains as Lumina property.
Is SEO included?
Technical SEO, on-page SEO foundations, and local SEO foundations are included according to your monthly plan. We do not offer unlimited SEO, guaranteed rankings, or a promise to be #1 on Google.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. Search results depend on many factors outside a website. We build a strong foundation. We do not guarantee rankings, leads, or revenue.
Can you update my website?
Yes. Planned updates are part of Care, Growth, and Scale. Larger redesigns or new photography are quoted separately.
What is the difference between Essential, Pro, and Signature?
All three meet the same Lumina quality standard. Essential is a professional launch. Pro is the growth experience — richer visual presentation, conversion architecture, and ongoing optimization. Signature is the flagship tier with cinematic presentation, advanced direction, motion, and priority optimization. The difference is scope and service level, not a cheaper-looking website.
How long does a website take?
Timing depends on content, feedback, and scope. We give you a written timeline for your project rather than a one-size-fits-all promise.
Can Lumina redesign my existing site?
Yes. Redesigns are part of what we do. Request a demo and we will look at what you have now before proposing a direction.
Is the demo a finished website?
No. We show a personalized homepage concept so you can judge the direction before you buy. The finished website is built after you approve.
Do I have to buy after I request a demo?
No. Requesting a demo does not create a bill. We review fit first. Not every request receives a custom concept.
